Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the personal and energetic nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. Once an item leaves our sacred space, it begins attuning to your energy. For sanitary and spiritual reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly correct it or replace it when appropriate.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. Every product is made, prayed over, and packaged with care. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.
Q: Do you offer custom items or spirit dolls?
A: Yes! We offer custom spirit dolls, mojo bags, and spiritual blends tailored to your needs. If you're looking for something specific—love work, protection, uncrossing, money, etc.—please contact us or check the Custom Order section for options.

A: Yes—our Body line (oils, scrubs, rinses, etc.) is made with natural, skin-safe ingredients. However, we always recommend a patch test first. If you have allergies or sensitivities, read the ingredient list carefully or contact us with questions before purchasing.
